Shipping/ Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact us either at blubwear@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @blubwear if you have issues with your order. We are happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order is wrong, you're not happy with the product, or it isn't what you expected for any reason, we'll gladly replace or exchange any items from your order within 60 days free of charge. blub. offers free shipping on returns, but we ask that the products be in as-new condition for returns and exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Please allow 2-7 business days to process and ship your order. We stock apparel on both coasts, in LA and NC, in an effort to reduce shipping time and costs. Most shipments will be sent out within 2-5 business days of ordering and will be accompanied by a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to one week from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of receiving the tracking number (USA), please notify blubwear@gmail.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (USA)
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through blubwear.com. Shipping rates are calculated at check-out.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may only purchase products for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Colors
We have made every effort to display color of our products as accurately as possible on blubwear.com. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
